1.  Membership is open to all Realtors.  Excluded are principle brokers and managing brokers. 

 

2.  Must be a member to talk about a Listing or Buyer at the meetings.

 

3. Members can only submit "1" one listing for the Power Point Presentation.

 

4.  Members can distribute flyers regarding listings or buyers at meetings.

 

5.  Only members can use the REAC Logo.

 

6.  In accordance with anti-trust laws, there will be no discussion of commissions or pricing.
